- High Temperature Alloys Coated Electrodes
High temperature alloys welding electrodes are nickel-based coated electrodes that produce weld deposits engineered for creep resistance, oxidation stability, and metallurgical compatibility in elevated-temperature service. These high temperature alloys coated electrodes rely on solid-solution strengthening with chromium, molybdenum, and niobium, while select grades add tungsten for performance above 1000 °C.
Engineers specify these electrodes for metallurgical compatibility with nickel superalloys in thermal cycling environments, including gas turbine components, furnace internals, petrochemical reformer tubes, and power generation exhaust systems.
We at Nicorex Alloys, Mumbai, supply these high temperature alloys coated electrodes as a stockist and dealer to fabricators, EPC contractors, and maintenance teams.
