UNS S32750 (Werkstoff 1.4410 / ASTM A815 WPS32750), also known as SAF 2507, is a super duplex austenitic-ferritic stainless steel with approximately 50/50 phase balance. Its composition of 25% Cr, 7% Ni, 4% Mo, and 0.24-0.32% N delivers a PREN ≥40, which classifies it as super duplex. Typical PREN falls between 41 and 43. CPT exceeds 50°C in seawater and chloride SCC resistance is among the highest of any stainless steel. Minimum tensile strength reaches 795 MPa (116 ksi) with yield at 550 MPa (80 ksi), roughly 2.5x that of 316L and 1.5x Duplex 2205. That high yield allows thinner-walled pipes that cut weight and material cost while holding pressure ratings. Impact toughness holds to -50°C. Maximum service temperature is ~300°C (570°F), above 316°C, 475°C, the metal risks embrittlement and sigma.

Pipes are supplied as seamless to ASTM A790/A789 and as EFW welded to ASTM A928 and EN 10216-5 / 10217-7 (1.4410). Fittings follow ASTM A815 for buttweld. Material meets NACE MR0175 / ISO 15156 for sour service. Sizes range from NPS 1/2″ to 24″ in Schedules 5S to XXS.
